Clean , felt at home as the staff was very hospitable and guided us to all the touristic spots, we had to leave early for twin towers we requested for early break fast and they gave it to us. We were provided with security access cards the services they provided like mini bar and taxi its in between backpack guest house and a good budget hotel over all I reccomend.

Good location, close to Bukit Bintang mrt and shopping area, there are lots of restaurants near by and you can walk to Chinatown. The rooms are very basic but nice and pretty clean. Most of the staff are friendly and smiling.
The price is quite high for what it offers. No room service and the breakfast is very very poor. We got 2 bread slices and one thin slice of cheese. And a cup of tea. I don't think this could be called breakfast by any standards. You should ignore the "breakfast included" statement when booking, or consider it a joke.

staff was very friendly ,amongst most of the guest houses i stayed earlier in bukut bin tang it was very clean and safe also as it had a security access card to enter the room area , breakfast my friend asked for extra slices and the girl serving responded with a smile , there were smiles all around, all the pubs and clubs were at two minutes walking distance, would surely reccommend this place.

No room service at all, when you come back to your room in evening you will find the room as you left with no cleaning etc. They claim to give breakfast but in fact what they do is, they get you a 1.8 rm value egg- bread from the nearby road side food stall. For airport Taxi they will charge you 30% extra of the normal rate.

The place is pleasantly fair. Good for backpackers have basic requirements.
I e-mailed them yesterday regarding the extra charges that they made us pay when we are about to check out. Apparently, there was no coordination with the front desk shifts. The morning desk attendant told us nothing to pay while the evening attendant charged us with something that we did not consume. I only noticed the extra charge when I computed it in the airport. Please help us collect the rm 90.00 extra charge. I hope they respond soon to clarify... Future tourists beware and be aware...

i stayed there for tow nights. the room is clean, price is reasonable. The hostel is near downtown, if you want to go shopping, this hotel is a good place to stay. Although this hotel is far away the Lcct , the shuttle bus can help you slove this problem. i like this guest house. very good.
